All residents of Golden are welcome to join the garden! Our application opens in January. (If you work in Golden, or live in a neighboring community, please contact us and if there's room in the garden, we'd love to have you join us. For those outside of Golden, try finding a garden near home here: http://dug.org/garden-list/)
What does community mean to you? To us, that is you... to chat and get to know about you and for you to get to know other gardeners, making a circle of harmony of community. And just watching everyone growing vegetables and/or flowers with mother nature, gives such positive energy. Thank you so much for being with us in the Golden Community Garden, growing our community together.
Our goal through the community garden is to enable members of Golden's community to work together to organically grow fruits, vegetables and flowers for our families and our community. The garden will also be a green space where all Golden residents and visitors can enjoy nature's beauty and engage in meaningful conversation.
